Absolutely fabulous service and Dr Moore is excellent. Not only is Dr Moore knowledgeable, he also takes the time to listen to you and explain everything regarding your condition/procedure to you.
I cannot give enough accolades to Alex (the Receptionist & Insurance specialist). I had an issue with my insurance, Alex and the staff (including Dr Moore) went above and beyond to get the situation rectified. Alex had even stayed after hours to make sure that everything was taken care of. Not only did Alex make sure that the insurance situation was resolved, but she made sure that the surgical center had everything they needed so that the day of surgery ran smoothly. All awhile remaining in constant contact with me to keep me in the loop and keeping my mind/nerves at ease. After my surgical procedure was done, she even called me that day to see how I was. Normally the surgical center’s staff does that (which they did).
I want to also mention that Dr Moore’s nurse is absolutely top-notch. She is caring and is a genuine sweet person.
